1. Service Description

PageLift is an AI-powered service that generates custom HTML product pages for ecommerce. We create self-contained HTML and CSS code that you paste into your Shopify product descriptions to enhance your product listings with professional layouts, branded design, and conversion-focused copy.

Our service includes page generation, template selection, revisions (per your plan), and delivery of the final HTML code. We do not install apps on your store or make direct changes to your Shopify admin.

2. Delivery

We target a 24-hour delivery window for all orders. Growth and Scale plan subscribers receive priority delivery, typically under 12 hours. However, delivery times are targets, not guaranteed service-level agreements (SLAs). Actual delivery may vary based on order volume and complexity.

You will receive an email notification when your page is ready for review in the customer portal.

3. Revisions

Each plan includes a specific number of revisions per page. Revisions cover changes to layout, copy, colors, fonts, image placement, and section ordering. Revisions do not include complete redesigns or switching to a different template after delivery.

  • Free Trial - 1 revision
  • Single Page - 1 revision
  • Starter - 2 revisions per page
  • Growth - 2 revisions per page
  • Scale - 3 revisions per page
  • Enterprise - custom revision terms

Revision requests should be submitted through the customer portal within 30 days of the original delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, you own the generated HTML and CSS code for your product pages. You may use, modify, and distribute the code freely on your Shopify store or any other platform.

PageLift retains ownership of the underlying template designs, AI generation systems, and proprietary processes used to create your pages. We may use anonymized examples of generated pages in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected plan.

  • Free trial - no payment required, no refund applicable.
  • One-time purchases - we do not offer refunds for completed pages. If you are unsatisfied, use your included revisions to adjust the page to your needs.
  • Subscriptions - you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access to your plan benefits until the end of the paid period.

If we are unable to deliver your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PageLift to create pages for:

  • Illegal products or services in your jurisdiction.
  • Products that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading product listings.
  • Products that violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

PageLift provides product pages on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales increases, or business outcomes from using our generated pages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageLift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep PageLift available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of PageLift after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
